Ingredients:
- 2 cups gram flour (besan)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp ginger-green chili paste
- 1 tsp eno fruit salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
For Tempering:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds

- Curry leaves
- Green chilies
- Fresh coriander
Method:
1. Mix gram flour, yogurt, ginger-chili paste, salt, and sugar.
2. Add water to make smooth batter and rest for 20 minutes.
3. Add eno and oil, mix gently.
4. Steam in greased plates for 15-20 minutes.
5. For tempering: Heat oil, add mustard seeds, Garam Masala, and curry leaves.
6. Pour tempering over dhokla and garnish with coriander.
