Mountain Delicacy: Himachali Siddu

For Dough:
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- Warm water as needed
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- 1 cup poppy seeds, ground
- 1 tsp Phoran Premium Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp jaggery
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Chopped walnuts
Method:
1. Make soft dough with flour, yeast, sugar, and warm water. Rest for 2 hours.
2. For filling: Mix ground poppy seeds, jaggery, Phoran Garam Masala, and cardamom.
3. Roll dough, add filling, and seal properly.
4. Steam in a steamer for 20-25 minutes.
5. Serve hot with ghee and mint chutney.
