Ingredients:
- 1 cup toor dal
- 1 tsp Phoran Premium Garam Masala
- 1 brinjal, cubed
- 1 drumstick, cut into pieces
- 1 raw papaya, cubed
- 1 potato, cubed
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp panch phoron
- 2 dry red chilies
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Ginger paste
- Curry leaves
Method:
1. Cook toor dal with turmeric until soft.
2. In another pan, cook vegetables until tender.
3. Heat mustard oil, add panch phoron and red chilies.
4. Add ginger paste and curry leaves.
5. Add cooked vegetables and Phoran Garam Masala.
6. Mix in the cooked dal and simmer for 15 minutes.
7. Mash lightly and serve with rice.
