Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1 cup fenugreek leaves
- 1 tsp Phoran Premium Garam Masala
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- Hing (asafoetida)
- Salt to taste
Method:
1. Blanch spinach and fenugreek leaves, then grind to paste.
2. Mix rice flour with buttermilk to make smooth paste.
3. Heat mustard oil, add cumin seeds and hing.
4. Add ginger, green chilies, and Phoran Garam Masala.
5. Add green paste and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add buttermilk mixture and simmer until thick.
7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
