For Aloo Tikki Chaat:
- 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 tsp Phoran Premium Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Oil for shallow frying
For Assembly:
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1/2 tsp Phoran Premium Garam Masala
- Mint chutney
- Tamarind chutney
- Yogurt
- Sev (fine gram flour noodles)
- Chopped onions and tomatoes
- Coriander leaves
- Chaat masala
Method:
1. Mix mashed potatoes with cornflour, chili powder, and half the Garam Masala.
2. Shape into tikkis and shallow fry until golden.
3. Place tikki on plate, top with chickpeas.
4. Drizzle mint and tamarind chutneys.
5. Add yogurt and sprinkle remaining Garam Masala.
6. Top with sev, onions, tomatoes, and coriander.
7. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve immediately.
