Ingredients:
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 tsp Phoran Premium Garam Masala
- 4 tbsp ghee
- 10-12 Byadgi red chilies
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp jaggery
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves
Method:
1. Dry roast red chilies and coriander seeds until fragrant.
2. Grind with ginger, garlic, tamarind, and jaggery to make paste.
3. Marinate chicken with this paste and salt for 30 minutes.
4. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan.
5. Add marinated chicken and Phoran Garam Masala.
6. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently.
7. Roast until chicken is well-coated and ghee separates.
8. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
