For Appam:
- 2 cups raw rice
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
For Vegetable Stew:
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, potato)
- 1 tsp Phoran Premium Garam Masala
- 1 cup thick coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green chilies
- Curry leaves
- Ginger, chopped
Method:
Appam: Soak rice for 4 hours. Grind with coconut milk. Add yeast mixture and ferment overnight. Cook in appam pan until edges are crispy and center is soft.
Stew: Heat coconut oil, sauté onions, ginger, and green chilies. Add vegetables and Phoran Garam Masala. Pour coconut milk and simmer until vegetables are tender.
