Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, boiled
- 1 cup green beans, boiled
- 1 tsp Phoran Premium Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp ngari (fermented fish) or fish sauce
- 4-5 green chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Method:
1. Mash boiled potatoes and beans coarsely.
2. Heat mustard oil, sauté onions until soft.
3. Add ginger, green chilies, and ngari.
4. Add mashed vegetables and Phoran Garam Masala.
5. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
