Punjab's Winter Special: Makki Di Roti & Sarson Da Saag

For Makki Di Roti:
- 2 cups makki ka atta (corn flour)

- 1 tbsp ghee
- Warm water as needed
- Salt to taste
For Sarson Da Saag:
- 500g mustard greens (sarson)
- 200g spinach
- 100g bathua (optional)
- 2 tbsp Phoran Premium Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Premium Sunday Family Masala - All-in-One Spice
- 4 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tbsp cornmeal
For Spiced Chai:
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp tea leaves
- 1 tsp Premium Chai Masala - Aromatic Tea Spice
- Sugar to taste
Method:
Makki Di Roti: Mix corn flour with Garam Masala, ghee, and salt. Add warm water gradually to make soft dough. Roll thick rotis and cook on tawa until golden.
Sarson Da Saag: Boil greens until tender, then blend coarsely. Heat ghee, add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and Garam Masala. Add greens, Sunday Family Masala, and cornmeal. Cook until thick.
Spiced Chai: Boil water with Chai Masala, add tea leaves and milk. Simmer until perfect color and strain.
