Method:

1. Make firm dough with flour, ghee, Garam Masala, and ajwain. Rest for 30 minutes.

2. For filling: Heat oil, add chopped onions and cook until golden.

3. Add Garam Masala, Sunday Family Masala, and Jeeravan Chat Masala.

4. Add gram flour and cook until mixture is dry. Cool completely.

5. Roll dough, add filling, seal properly, and deep fry until golden.

6. Serve hot with chutneys and extra Chat Masala.
