Quick Indori Poha Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups thick poha (flattened rice)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 potato (diced, optional)
- Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Jiravan Masala
- Sev, pomegranate, coriander for garnish
Method:
1. Rinse poha and drain
2. Temper mustard seeds, add curry leaves, onion, potato
3. Add turmeric, salt, and drained poha
4. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes
5. Sprinkle Jiravan Masala generously
6. Garnish with sev, pomegranate, coriander, and lemon juice
