Quick Indori Poha Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups thick poha (flattened rice)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 potato (diced, optional)
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Jiravan Masala
  • Sev, pomegranate, coriander for garnish

Method:
1. Rinse poha and drain
2. Temper mustard seeds, add curry leaves, onion, potato
3. Add turmeric, salt, and drained poha
4. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes
5. Sprinkle Jiravan Masala generously
6. Garnish with sev, pomegranate, coriander, and lemon juice
