Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote / Non-serviceable Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, courier partner, and external factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹299

  • Flat ₹79 shipping charge on orders below ₹299

Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Packaging & Quality Assurance

  • All products are packed in hygienic, food-grade, zip-lock packaging.

  • Additional outer packaging is used to prevent damage during transit.

  • We ship only freshly packed products.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural calamities

  • Local restrictions or lockdowns

  • Courier partner delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Phoran Masala shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged package, missing item, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the outer package and product

We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Phoran Masala will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact information.
