🍛 Sunday Special Chicken Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken (cut into pieces)
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Phoran Sunday Masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 3 tbsp oil or ghee
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
Step 2: Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add tomato puree, turmeric, and red chilli powder. Cook until the of oil separates.
Step 4: Add chicken pieces and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Add Phoran Sunday Masala, mix well, and add 1 cup water.
Step 6: Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is tender.
Step 7: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti, rice, or biryani.
