Ingredients:
- 1 kg mutton, cut into pieces
- 2 cups gongura (sorrel leaves)
- 2 tbsp Phoran Premium Garam Masala - 17 Spice Blend
- 1 tsp Premium Turmeric (Haldi) Powder - Anti-inflammatory
- 3 tsp Premium Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - Vitamin C Rich
- 1 tsp Premium Jeeravan Chat Masala - Tangy & Flavorful
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Tamarind paste
Method:
1. Marinate mutton with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
2. Heat sesame oil, fry mutton until browned.
3. Add onions, ginger-garlic paste, and Garam Masala.
4. Add gongura leaves and cook until wilted.
5. Add tamarind paste and Jeeravan Chat Masala.
6. Simmer until mutton is tender and oil separates.
7. Serve hot with rice and ghee.
