Ingredients:
- 1 cup toor dal, cooked
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped

- 2 tbsp tamarind paste

- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Curry leaves and hing
- Fresh coriander
Method:
1. Extract tamarind water and boil with tomatoes, turmeric, and red chili powder.
2. Add cooked dal and Garam Masala to the mixture.
3. Simmer until tomatoes are completely cooked and flavors blend.
4. Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
5. Add hing and pour tempering over rasam.
6. Sprinkle Jeeravan Chat Masala for extra tangy flavor.
7. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice.
