Ingredients:

  • 2 cups besan (gram flour)
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Phoran Green Cardamom powder
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish

Method: Roast besan in ghee on low flame until golden and fragrant (about 20 minutes). Let it cool slightly, then mix in sugar and cardamom powder. Shape into round ladoos and garnish with pistachios. Serve with love!

Ingredients:

  • 400g paneer, cubed
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp Phoran Coriander powder
  • Salt to taste

Method: Sauté tomato puree in butter until oil separates. Add Kashmiri chilli and coriander powder, cook for 2 minutes. Add cream and simmer. Toss in paneer cubes, finish with Phoran Garam Masala, and serve hot with naan or rice.

  • 500g baby potatoes, boiled and peeled

Method: Fry potatoes until golden. In the same pan, temper cumin and bay leaves in oil. Add yoghurt mixed with turmeric and chilli powder, cook until thick. Add potatoes, cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander.
