How much Tandoori Masala should I use for a marinade?
For 500g of protein or vegetables, use 1.5–2 teaspoons mixed with yoghurt, lemon juice, and oil. Because Phoran's blend is iron-pounded and concentrated, start with less and adjust to taste.
Does Tandoori Masala contain artificial colour?
No. Phoran Tandoori Masala gets its deep red colour naturally from Kashmiri chilli and other whole spices. No artificial colours, preservatives, or fillers.
